HIGH SEASON / NORMAL SEASON
To the High Season we calculate only the time from the 15th of Dicember until the 15th of January and the Easter week.
We do not count summer holidays completely consciously at the general main booking time, to make it not more additionally difficult for families with schoolable children.

MANSION AND XXL APARTMENT (490,- / 700,- € weekly)
The rents for the mansion and the XXL apartment which we also like to call „Villa2“ because it is rather superior for the villa as equal are identical.
They are 490,- € per week and all additional costs and all other levies are contained. In the mein booking times the mansion and the XXL apartment costs 700,- € each per week, also inclusive of all levies and other additional costs.

2 ROOM APARTMENTS  (350,- / 490,- € weekly)
One of the 2 room apartments is 350,- €/week the rent for to the normal season in the aforementioned main booking times 490,- €/week.
These prices also are, inclusive of all levies and other additional costs.

GROUPS FROM 8 TO 20 PERSONS (1.400,- / 1.960,- € weekly)
Our locked plant can be booked also completely, e.g. of groups of tourists which would like to be whole under themselves. It is particularly suitable for groups from 8 to 20 persons. The final price per week for the entire holiday plant amounts 1.960,- € to 1.400,- € at the normal season/main booking time

Long-term rents of several months to special conditions!
The monthly price for the mansion or our XXL apartment amounts to 750,- €, a 2 room apartment costs 480,- €. These prices do not contain any business levies, such as gas, for boiling (10,- € filling suffices for 4 weeks ), current (€ 0.35/KW) and general current proportionate depending on occupancy and pool costs (chemistry and cleaning, 14,- to 28,- €/week depending on occupancy) as well as 15,- € cleaning for accommodation.


In addition to our rents a bail which is, however, paid out of course again to you on departure matures. This one is 50,- € per week and accommodation unit, at least however 150,- € per accommodation.


We have special advertising campaigns in which other prices are indicated occasional. These do not contain any business levies in most cases but the details are described separately in the respective action there.
These special reduced price actions do not apply to holiday-makers who already were with us as guests or have met us even by such an action! If you got aware of us by such an advertising campaign and would like to take up the prices mentioned there to become acquainted with us, we always ask every contact with us to indicate at once the respective action or advertising and if necessary the number assigned to you as a „subject“.
