Our big villa of 140 m²

Our 140 m² great mansion with the gigantic entrance area, big east and south terraces which directly are both

accessible from the living room and of one of the two bedrooms.
This bedroom also has an integrated bath of its own.
 

Of course a bath of it’s own is also part of the second bedroom, this is not integrated, however, but directly accessible from the living room.

The very spacious living room with radio/CD and Colour TV and sleep couch as well as an separate eating area, is separated from the kitchen by a bar.

The kitchen is equipped with a big refrigerator with a separate freezing compartment, gas stove with oven and a sink unit. Also blenders and toasters are available.

By the approx. 35 m remote pool, by the block of flats, our entrance area and car park the mansion and it’s terraces are protected from strange looks.
